How do I register with Lohxa?
Registering process is very easy. Visit our website www.lohxa.com/signup . Initial application takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. What documents are required to register with Lohxa?
Lohxa has establish a process that ensures the verification of vendor and customer licenses using data from designated states and federal agencies. You can submit all documents once you've created a profile in our website. The required documents are: DEA License, State License, Drug Control License and applicable.
Ordering
After I sign up, how long until I can place an order?
A typical account setup up turnaround varies upon account verification of all of the licenses. Orders can be placed once we received all proper documentation from the hospital pharmacy. Once we receive and verify all proper documents, Lohxa will authorize your accounts to place orders through our online portal.
How can I place orders for Controlled substances?
Lohxa offers the capability of Electronic 222 ordering (CSOS), or the traditional paper 222. With the paper 222 delivery time may vary.
